To ensure smooth project execution and financial clarity, we follow a three-stage payment structure:

1. Deposit – 40% of the total cost (Before Work Begins)

   • Required to secure materials, schedule labor, and commence work.
   • Ensures timely delivery of high-quality resources.

2. Mid-Project Payment – 40% of the total cost (At Midway Point)

   • Covers ongoing labor and material costs.
   • Ensures smooth progress and commitment to project completion.

3. Final Payment – 20% of the total cost (Upon Project Completion)

   • Paid after the final walkthrough and client approval.
   • Ensures client satisfaction and final refinements if necessary.

Additional Pricing Considerations

• Custom Quotes: Each project is unique, and we provide a detailed breakdown of costs based on your specific requirements.
• Material Costs: The selection of premium materials (e.g., natural stone, artificial turf, timber decking) may affect overall pricing.
• Additional Services: Any extra work requested outside the original agreement will be quoted separately.
